Sorry to tell you this but you will need more than just a GFX to run Napalm at 640*480. Like someone said before, Napalm will be fine using 320*256 and an 030/50. However, before I got an 060, Napalm was too slow in 640*480 mode despite using RTG... and this was using an 040! I was able to create a medium resolution Picasso screen which was a very good compromise between speed and detail. I think it was something like 480*360 but please make sure your GFX card can support such a resolution. My card is a Picasso IV. Even so, I am not sure that an 030 will be fast enough for this resolution. Bottom line is if you want to play Napalm in a higher resolution you will need a faster CPU aswell as a GFX card.

If you cannot afford an 060/PPC board then I would seriously recommend you consider an 060 only board over an 040/PPC board. An 060 is more than enough for most people and unless you want to play advanced 3D games, watch video files or use emulators there is not much software out there that really needs a PPC processor. On top of that the game you want to play, Napalm, will not benefit in any way from a PPC processor. The Mediator/PCI GFX card is really the only option worth considering for an A1200 as Zorro II is painfully slow.

By the way I am not sure on this one but I think that Mediator can only cope with up to a Voodoo 3 card. Hopefully a Mediator user can enlighten us on this one.
