Get a buddha, then you can use a CF card on that, or a cheapo ide drive. I have been using my buddha for a few years with no issues.

How about a Deneb and boot off a flashdrive? My friend did that. Do you have an accelerator?

I think there is a solution for IDE by using the 68000 chip. It worked on an A500, but i think your best bet is getting the SCSI CF reader, it's new and you already have a SCSI board for your A2000.
