Well... it works fine for ahwile.. maybe it is getting hot... I'me using a rounded IDE cable, so there's only the floppy in the way.

It's got:

Cybervision 64/3D
Emplant Deluxe
Buddha IDE
Repulse
40GB HDD
50X CD-R

Maybe I'll remove the emplant or the repulse. My 040 card is just the 3640 Rev. 3.1 I made sure it's nice and snug. Memory is installed and snug.

Anything triggers it, I could be in FinalWriter, or MadHouse could kick in  and it just locks up. You guys think I should try snoopdos? If it were heat related I could boot from a diskette and it should lock up right?

Well I think you are right Karlos. It's not the library, but I think it's overheating. I took my repulse out and the emplant, but that cybervision64/3d gets pretty hot.  I left it off over night and it didn't crash at all and was running fine for at least 30 mins before I left work.

So, how can I cool it off better? Should I get an exhaust fan for the card area? or should it be blowing air over the components? Any advice is welcomed!

Its the heat. I took out the repulse, and the emplant, and moved the cybervision to the top of the case. Has been running for about 24hours straight now... I ordered a slot fan that someone mentioned.. i'm going to move the cybervision back to the bottom and move the buddha back to the top.. and put the fan card in the middle...

Thanks for your help everyone!
