I've just installed Amissl2 and I would like to clarify things.
Here's what I've understood so far :
Amissl2 is for Ibrowse 2.3 only you can get it here :
http://amiga.iospirit.de/static/objectfiles/file/18/AmiSSL2.2.lhaIt includes the cypher libraries. So you just have to install the Amissl2.lha from the script and that's all !
So with Ibrowse2.3 and Amissl2, I have been able to use Yahoo mail, but not Hotmail. Actually, I prefer Yahoo, as the mailbox is permanent. I still don't understand why hotmail disables mailboxes...

The amissl1 archive does not include the cipher libraries :
First download them individually and download also the main archive.
Then unpack the main archive using lha
Start the installer script in the main archive, it will ask you in which directory you have put the cipher libraries.
