There is quite an active Amiga community in the Netherlands. I myself don't live far from Utrecht. But let's be fair, the Netherlands is such a small country almost anyone lives close to Utrecht.
As mentioned before, HCC (Hobby Computer Club) has a Commodore section which hosts regular meetings (once every two months aprox.) in Maarssen, which itself is really close to Utrecht. Dutch users can indeed be found at the website
