Shipping costs to Holland is 6 euro, but it also says:

"Falls Sie eine Lieferung in ein anderes Land wünschen, unterbreiten wir Ihnen gerne ein persönliches Angebot. Benutzen Sie dazu bitte unser Kontaktformular."

Which translates to "If you require shipping to another country we will gladly make you a personal offer. Please use the contactform to contact us"

If that fails, give me a buzz. It will probably turn out to be the world's most expensive cheeseburger though!!
