I agree with effy, chances are very, very small anyone will be willing to sell you one for 25 euro.

Blizzard 1230 50Mhz go for +- 75€
Apollo 1240 for +- 100€~125€
Blizzard 1240 for +- 150€
From that on the sky is the limit, seen people buying PPC accelerators for >350€

Saw a nice blizzard 1230 there, 150 zl!
(is it auction or asking price?)
