The manual for the M-Tec 1230 says:
no jumper: 0 MB
M0 closed: 1 MB
M0 & M3 closed: 2 MB
M0 & M1 closed: 4 MB
M0 & M1 & M2 closed: 8 MB

If this applies to your card you just need a switch to M2.
