Liquid silver aka liquid conductor is probably able to fix it. However, for flexible traces it might not work for a long time. It's a very delicate piece of work, but if you reinforce the traces with single strands of braid (extremely thin wires) while applying the liquid silver it'll endure much longer. Put on a piece of adhesive film as finish and for insulation.
