Am 74LS08 müssen dann die ungenutzten Eingänge 4,5,9,10,12,13 über einen feinen Draht miteinander, und dann mit Pin 7 verbunden werden.
Den Chip hab ich dann auf den TTL-Baustein, der vorm DENISE liegt, aufgesetzt und an den Pins 7 + 14 miteinander verlötet. So hat er + 5V und Masse."

On the 74LS08 all the unused inputs 4, 5, 9, 10, 12, 13 have to be connected with a fine wire and then to pin 7.
This chip I've then piggy-backed to the TTL component in front of Denise and soldered them to each other on pins 7 + 14. This way it's connected to +5V and ground."

Does sound reasonable though - an easy way to supply power to the part and fix it to the board.
