Thanks for confirming my suspicions...other Amigans swear by TurboPrint....

I used to swear *AT* TurboPrint... Does this count?

Anyhow, it worked fairly well with my old Canon BJC.  That is, when I could get it to work.  I bought the original, yet had to deal with all sorts of wacky registration issues.  :-(

I always liked Canon Studio better.  And I haven't used any of it in a couple years.  It would be kind of helpful if Amiga could print to network printers, as that's how I've got everything hooked up, now...  The parallel port is really pretty obsolete...

@takemehomegrandma-

Hey, thanks for that link!

I had messed with NetParLpr before, but couldn't seem to get it to print properly.  The printer would respond, and would print ASCII text...  But would ONLY print ASCII text.  If I sent an HPGL file (it's an HP printer), it would print it as ASCII text....  :-P

That was a year or two ago, though.  Who knows how many newer versions of things have come out since then.  (Or maybe the original fault was user error....)  I'll give it another go by those instructions, and see what happens.
