Sadly, most seller's in Germany do not accept paypal, and this was the case. What can you do when the seller's not willing to accept anything but wire transfer/bank deposit??
Well, really, I guess just be careful, or skip personal transactions from people you don't know, altogether. PayPal is very little, if any help, anyhow. The one time I got frauded through an eBay auction was using PayPal, and I even bought their worthless "insurance." :-P You can still search up the thread on here if you want to read me rant against PayPal. ;-)
