I'm running with a CSMKII 060@50Mhz in mine with no problems. However I have put a small fan with low rotation (12v fan at 7v)on the 060, but it is not something you need.

Yep.  My CS-MK2-060/50mhz has been in my original A4000 desktop case for quite a long time, now.  (10 years now? eeks!)  Only addition was a small 486-style heatsink/fan combo.  It's had a long and happy life, co-existing with the CyberSCSI module, two hot-running 1GB SCSI Fireball HDs, two internal high-density floppies, and various assortments of Zorro cards.  (Currently a CGX/3D and an A2065 ethernet.)

(My system was quite an impressive high-end rig in 1995.  Maybe less so, now in 2005.  ;-)  )
