Man, and here I was hoping it was a beta of the new PC version that was being worked on before Geoff Crammond's company went bankrupt.  :-(

IIRC, There are a number of "hacked" versions of Stunt Car out there with different tracks implanted in them.  Is this just another one of them?

EDIT: aw heck, I'll grab it and find out.  :-)

@lionstorm - If there was one, I doubt that is this.

This has all the same old bugs and glitches as the original.  As far as I can tell, no change at all to coding or graphics have been made.  The graphics are totally original (including the bitmapped screen graphics that reference the old track name).

Someone just replaced Div 4 track 1 with "Dizzy Curves" which wasn't a bad racing experience, but not really fitting with the other StuntCar tracks.  (ie, There is no way to be smooth over the gap before the start/finish line. All you can do is crash through it as fast as you can and hope you dont sail sideways.)

The original tracks all allowed you to finesse through them at an angle/speed so you could smoothly carry a jump/section.  The trick, much like in real driving, was to hit those marks as quickly as you could.  Dizzy Curves is more "crash forward and damn the consequences" style driving.
