Best keyboard? IBM model M. Not Amiga, I know, but it is virtually indestructable and will most likely outlive me.
The Model M is indeed a fantastic keyboard. I still use an original 1984 Model M on my Core i7 desktop. It's been with me since the 386 I had about 20 years ago.
