What version of WinUAE are you using? You could try running the update utility that came with AmigaForever 4 and update to the latest version of WinUAE or goto
the WinUAE web site and download the latest version and replace the files in the AmigaForever 4 WinUAE directory with the new files.
Another thing you may want to try is copying the StormC 3 directory from the Dev CD to a different volume. I've had some troubles installing things directly from the Dev CD.
