When my children were first learning to talk, they used to experiment with words to see what they sounded like.  You know, just change one letter and see what happened.  Ahh, the innocence of youth!  I remember hearing one practice a sequence of words - mitch, fitch, ditch, gitch, titch, witch, nitch, hitch, b....
Any obstacle can be an opportunity, try a different perspective.
