Growing up in Beeville
« on: November 16, 2004, 02:23:04 PM »
Beeville was a town of 10000 at the time.  There was no MacDonalds.  Maybe three major grocery stores.  It was very quiet with no action and no night life. Everything was in walking or bicycle distance. Traffic was almost nonexistent. The most exciting thing that happened was when the marching band marched behind the horses during western week.  :-D Barbecue rattlesnake during the rattlesnake roundup after all the rattlesnakes were milked. I miss Beeville.
Any obstacle can be an opportunity, try a different perspective.
