Alright, you may just be in luck.
Here's a site that sells them for Powercolor 9600SE cards with the DVI and TV-out connectors. I'm assuming that it would most likely be the same as your Sapphire card. They're in New Zealand though :-P They don't have a picture up, but I'd assume you could find one.
EDIT -
This site has both the DVI/TV-Out and the VGA low profile brackets for the Powercolor cards. Once again, it's in NZ though. I haven't been able to find them anywhere else :-?
