Hmm, well for a 1.3 2000 (1.3 2000's are usually OCS only, not ECS) with no HD, and only one floppy drive, I wouldn't suggest going past $75 - $80.  I picked up two of them (one not working due to battery damage, but may be repairable), both with 2.0 and 2 floppy drives, 2 A2091 controllers with HD, a 1084 and a huge box of discs for $150.  Now, maybe I got a bargain, but I think that $100 is the absolute maximum I would pay for a single 1.3 A2000.  It looks like it's in fairly good cosmetic condition, but it appears to have the later leds - green and orange instead of red and green, so it might have had the case replaced.
As far as keving7209, well he appears to be a bit of a tool.  He's got a stack of money (or so it seems) and he's bidding on stuff and putting it wayyyy over the price it should be.  You never know though, you might get this for a good price, my best advice is just to snipe him
As far as the A2000 goes, they're great machines, chuck a SCSI controller in there, a CD-ROM, perhaps a SCSI Zip drive and an 030 or something (still haven't gotten around to that last one  :-( ) and you'll have a great 2000.
