Apydia stuck on level 3

I need some help here on playing apydia.
Managed to get to the third level.
It is the blue one with the green stuff on the ceiling and the poisonbottle.
There is a monster hanging from the ceiling which moves from left to right while firing.
Can this monster be shot??
It always gets me trying to pass it.
Hope anyone has a tip.

I don't like using trainers to play but there is a lot off effort to get this far.
Surely somebody played it through till the end?
But it is a hard game.
