The delfina is a very nice card.
I have one in my A4000 but in the beginning there was a lot of trouble with it.
1. Mind the orientation of the cable plug in and          check, check, check.

2. If you use it on some zorro cards (buddha) with the clockport it seems to disturb the sound a bit (high beeping) don't know about the internal clockport of the 1200(think it'll be ok as it was designed for it.)

3.The delfina software ain't good. You should install the delfina software delete the library(delfina.library)and install a patched one(there are more patched library's around only one works!!)could email it to you.
Also you should run AmigaAmp with the MHI driver running in the background to keep the delfinalib. occupied otherwise some programs still crash(simplemail).

I am running this system now and if have no crashes or freezing at all and a nice crystal clear sound.

You see it needs a little "tinkering" but then the card rocks(3% processorload while playing MP3!!)
