someone should ask him about what he means with:

"Answer: Yes, it is functional. The weight is stated in the auction so that YOU can estimate the shipping."
As has been said: the A3000T clearly lacks some or maybe all of the chips which can be pull out of it, it dosn't have any floppy drives and the CD-Rom isn't attached.
