Ordering Amiga Forever 6.0

Im considering getting hold of Amiga Forever 6.0 CD edition from the www.amigaforever.com shopping site.
Any info about how their customer service is? How long does it take from ordering the product to actually reciving it?`

Does this CD contain all the Includes i need for ASM coding?

I got the OS 3.5 CD. What OS comes with AF6?

And can I use 3.9 and or 4.0? (i havent been paying attention to anything Amiga related for many years)

What CPU can WinUAE/AF6 emulate? 030/040/060?

I just recived Amiga Forever 6 in the mail and installed it without delay. DAMN what an improvement! Soundquality much better too now (had a scratchy sound before).
The window icon management is much better too, something thats worth all the money i spent in its own right.
The previous OS's was a "pain" in the ass windows-managmentwise when you had gotten used to the fairly friendly ....PC enviroment ...  :-o
