Cybervision 64 on A4000 Desktop
« on: September 24, 2004, 02:33:29 AM »
I posted a question yesterday on the forums related to finding a driver for my phase 5 Cybervision card. As yet i have only been unsucessful, my A4000 is using an 040 processor and talking to someone yesterday suggested that maybe my revision of my Motherboard was Rev9, im not sure about this, but would really like to be able to use this graphics card i have sitting here. If anyone out there uses this card, its not the 3D card but the Cybervision 64, could they please tell me what drivers they use or how to go about installing them and what tooltypes they have used? I have tried installing many drivers only to get an error of #80000004 cybervision failed and it points to the driver in the Devs:Monitors folder?

Any ideas please?

I've been told the card works on an A3000 but i've got no A3000 to test this on - I'm wondering if maybe i'm using the buster 9 chip that is causing problems? I've got another A4000 coming soon so will test it on that also, it uses the buster 11 chip.
