Hi all, I am giving away an Amiga 2000. Why, you ask? Have I gone mad? No. I have 4 Amiga 2000s, 3 with cases. The 4th is just a board full of chips and it doesn't boot so it is my "spare 2000 chip" machine. So I effectively have 3.
One of them is a rev 6.2. It has a Blizzard 2060 with 64 MB RAM, a 2320, a Hydra AmigaNet NIC, a MegaChip, a kick switcher, and a Picasso II+.
The other is a rev 6.2. It has an Apollo 2030 with 64 MB RAM, a 2320, and a MegaChip.
The one I am gving away is stock. I stripped out the VGA board, the GVP accelerator, the hard disk, and the floppy. It is otherwise perfect. I will test it to make sure it boots. I think it is KS 2.0 but it may be 3.1.. I will doublecheck.
Why not eBay? I think eBay is a bunch of sharks. Besides, I get most of this stuff for free so I want to pass on my good fortune to the Amiga faithful. One caveat. I will only ship to the US and you pay shipping. So.. if you really want an Amiga 2000 and have use for it, PM me and we'll discuss it. I don't want to send it to someone who will end up dumping it. I want it to go to a good home.
