PicassoIV Q's: cgx or p96? and where is this PicassoModeTNG prog?

Hiya!
I just installed a picassoIV on my A4000 , and I was wondering if there is any real advantage of using p96 over cgx4 for it... (I am asking because I own cgx4 and because p96 was made for picasso boards...) I tried it with cgx4 it seems really nice... I must add I prefer using the already owned cgx4 rtg system...
also where can I find the so called "PicassoModeTNG" program that will allow me to select refresh rates for the integrated sd/ff
(am I correct on this?)
thanks for all your help!
