You can use UAE as a regular Amiga. Amiga as in pretty much every size and shape of Amiga, plus more. Feel an urge to have 16 meg chipmem and 128 meg fastmem? It's just a few clicks away.
It's not limited to running old stuff from virtual floppies (ADF). Grab a 3.1 ROM image and you can install AOS 3.9 on it.
The only drawback is probably that software that was a bit dodgy on Amiga hardware to begin with will probably kill UAE the split second you try to launch it.
