Hello, I've had trouble doing this myself, though I was using a null-modem cable to connect an A1200 to an XP laptop (presario 2100), and established a null-modem tcp/ip link that way. (didn't want to just use amiga explorer, also wanted to go online with Amiga using PC as a proxy) I've put up a site to do this, I had to resort to a program called proxyj for internet access. It doesn't sound like you're having the same problem, though. I had to manually configure routing tables on my network as well, because I also had a pIII win98se machine on ethernet, and the Amiga couldn't see it. (I set up a page @ http://www.hostultra.com/~watertonian/nlink/index.html to explain the null-modem sceme, don't think it'll be too useful, I'm afraid)
