I don't normally drink, but it does happen sometimes.
well, this past week my back was all tight (probabaly from stress) and a friend invited me to see a band

anyway, i had 2 beers (Sam Adams) and lots of peanuts.
and that night I slept for a LONG time! all week I had been waking up before 6AM (my normal time) and I'm sure I wasn't getting enough sleep.
my back felt WAY better. last night I visited my HS friend and I had MORE beer. this morning I felt HUMAN again.
ya know! sometimes beer is JUST the right thing!
