i have red hat 8 on my laptop at the moment but i've just (like 3 days ago!) been told to try this new mandrake! so it's a VERY relavant topic for me! :-o
i'd be very interested in any reports about
ftp://mandrake.redbox.cz/Mandrake-iso/i586and linux is important to anyone who doesn't want to be stuck with windows! plus, with the limited experience I have with it, i have found it to be fun. i never find windows fun. i just have to use it for some stuff. as soon as i get this whole linux thing settled, i'm putting WinUAE and then i'll have my amiga again.
plus, linux is on amigaOne's and i hope they always are. there are interesting programs for linux that would be cool to have WITH an amiga!
