well, i've got to agree that such things are - in theory - prudish.
however, in America, we have alot of people who should remind clothed so as not to
scare the horses.:roflmao:

that's an idiom from the early 20th century when cars were starting to come into use. there were plenty of horses on the roads. it was considered in poor taste to do something with your car - like drive too noisily - because it would startle the horses)
