I have used the AROS bootable CD, and agree that it looks and feels just like an Amiga, only considerably faster.

I even have some PC using Co-Workers that saw the AROS CD and have asked to get a copy to play with. One is even a software developer that wants to code some multimedia apps for it. (MP3 Player, Car Audio center, Media Center and even DirectTV/Tivo controller.)

On a related note, what development environments exist for AROS? He's familiar with C (C-Something.. dunno what) and VB/Basic/Perl.
