Editing .adf files

Could anybody please tell me if there is a way to edit .adf files. The reason is I would like to update the teams on sensible world of soccer, is there a way of doing this? Please help!

Thanks, but how do I go about writing my .adf file to "RAD"
and how do I edit it, and how do I write it back?
