You're joking right?  That was an absolute steal at the current price of old Amiga stuff.  I'd say the A4000 m/b alone (forget the stupid case) is worth at least $300+, the PicassoIV board would fetch $400 and the token ring card probably $80+.  You should probably be sending the seller more money.  :-P

An another thing, stop hoarding Amiga stuff.  Don't you have about five of these similar systems already?  :-P
