Just go to any old Macintosh reseller and get a SCSI 1 DB25 female to 50 pin female external cable (big connector) for the MarkIV and the smaller micro SCSI 2 50 pin jobbie for the BlizzardPPC. These should be pretty plentiful. Make sure to grab some external scsi terminators for each format while you're there.
