Can't you just take the vram chips off of an old Diamond Stealth64 card? I think I did just that a few years back and have them lying around somewhere....ah yes, here they are: Siemens HYB514171BJ-70. If these are the right ones, they are yours for free
can't guarantee that they work after all these years though.
