If they have no exclusive right to the name, then neither do their licensees.

How would that even work?  It would be completely unenforceable, and if there's one thing the Amiga 'community' is incapable of doing, it's coming to a consensus on how they want the platform to evolve.

mikej's board probably could use the name legally, since it could be sold as a game console rather than a computer.
