It's definitely a custom job. Hard to say what's really in the case though.
The case shows 1.2/1.3 rom switch, but isn't either running on the machine. It also shows a harddisk and considering the width of the case vs. the width of the keyboard, that must be a tight fit inside there. (I'm not saying impossible, but jeez...)
I wonder if someone could get the guy to run something to show the config of the machine.. It'd be interesting to know if that's a 500, or if the book on the A4000 is hinting at something else. :-P
