Just out of curiosity, what would happen on an A3000 if you switched the internal jumper from NTSC to PAL? I'm not worried about the workbench display mode (running a PII), but for a lot of the games I've got whdloaded, I need to switch to PAL via the kickstart menu before they will work. Will changing this jumper solve my problem?
There should be a tooltype for this.. I think just adding PAL to the tooltypes for the game installation should switch the machine to pal.
Moving the jumper to switch the machine to PAL is another solution. My A4000 is like this so I can watch demos and such. It shouldn't cause any issues.
