I agree with jeffimix: clean it!
Some months ago a friend called me to help him with his dead A1200. He kept his Amiga two years in a cardboard box in the cellar. The moment he turned it on again only the leds were flickering. We opened it and cleaned each part carefully, blew out the dust (canned air ... nice stuff), closed it ... et voilà: It came to life again.
(By the way, we were really surprised that some dead insects lay inside the Amiga. They must have crawled in through the case slits. Hmmm ... buggy)
First try to clean your Amiga. If your problem persists ... well, than feel free to ask. Someone in this forum will know an answer.
