I can't help you with finding the part, but have to ask, have you already begun working on your GBA1000, or are you just trying to collect the parts first?
Please document your build for those of us who have not started yet, so we can all learn from your work (was going to write mistakes, but I hope you don't make any).
Not sure yet if I will ever get to working on my own GBA1000, or if I will sell it to someone else who has more time and expertise to work on it.
Good luck and take lots of pictures and notes for us.
