Oh, and choice of OS does not imply choice of hardware. CUSA has not, as yet, ruled out, for example, the choice of OS4.1 on x86. They simply asked Amigans "what do you want?" And Amigans are definitely not divided along the OS4.1 only on PPC line, for example.
I don't understand your statement above Ed. What do you mean that Amigans are not divided along the OS4.1 only on PPC line?
That reads like all Amigans are undivided and want OS4.1 only on PPC, which is very far from the truth. The Amiga community is very much divided in many different directions and those that want OS4.1 on only PPC are only a small part of the whole community. I must be missing something, or taking your above statement out of context, so I will go looking for the context in the rest of the thread.
