With FPGA-Arcade, X1000 and Natami coming, will Classic hardware get dumped?

No, not dumped, but some people with large collections of Classic Amiga hardware might sell part of their collections to purchase one or more of the new, soon to be released for sale hardware that you mentioned.

I'll bet that there are more Amiga users that have 2 or more Classic Amiga systems than there are that have only 1 Classic Amiga system and many Amiga users that have more than 5 Classic Amiga systems.

The Amiga hobby to me "IS" the old hardware and an attempt to get the most out of it.

I won't disagree that the Amiga hobby would not exist without the "old hardware", but it has grown to become so much more than just that now.  The fact that the Amiga hobby is still so active and has influenced so many people, inspired so many new products over the years and continues to do so, is something that makes me proud to be an Amiga user.  No other computer can make that claim after being discontinued for more than 15 years.
