Alright people, been away for a long time after becoming pretty annoyed with my 1200 setup so was just wondering if i have missed much?I hear the court case is over then?what is next for hyperion? also has amiga.org been sold?to who?

After many problems with my 1200 PPC machine i had just had enough and it has been standing for sometime now.I ended up buying a cheap laptop with the god awful vista on it and  then i wanted to try linux mint which has made life easier on this machine..
But yeah i'm slowly going to attempt to sort my amiga out and hopefully this time i might get it the way i want, probably be after xmas though..
Hope all is well.

A.org has sold, but don't ask who the new owner is.  They don't want to reveal themselves (yet) and with all the ranting and raving about it, I don't blame them.

Hyperion will be making some kind of announcement before the end of the year and has made some statements last October during the 2009 AmiWest Show that you might want to look at.  SAM440 Flex is selling for AmigaOS4.1 and Hyperion also ported AOS4.1 to the Pegasos2 computer.

MorphOS2.4 was released and it supports all G4 MacMini models (and runs "Lightning Fast").  Also, a recent announcement from Ralph Schmidt said that the next release of MorphOS would support some of the G4 PowerMac models and maybe the G4 eMac as well.  He currently has it running on a 1.42GHz G4 Mirrored Drive Door (MDD) PowerMac and will be, or already is testing it on a Quicksilver model.

Lots more, but those are just a couple of highlights.  Welcome back!
