On a serious note, based on that link, anyone want to write a 10k check for THIS Web site? It's at least functional and has an audience...

I checked the value of Amiga.org using the linked site last night and it was only valued at half of your 10k asking price. Did something happen recently to cause it to drop that much, or did it not really show a value of 10k the last time you checked it there? Just curious about how that valuation site works and why there would be such a difference between then and now.
