I would be surprised if that 4.1 CD does not have Lightwave on it.  It should be a complete installation for the Toaster and Lightwave is part of the Toaster software.

The best thing would be to  buy the 4.3 CD from NewTek which is the last version and does have version 5.0 of Lightwave on it.  That is the last version of Lightwave for the Amiga.

I think it is great that NewTek still sells it and apparently still fixes broken Toasters and Flyer cards subject to availability of parts.

I still have a Flyer card for sale if anyone is interested.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)
