Dual Boot AOS3.9 & AOS4.0 or MorphOS on CyberStormPPC Amiga???
« on: February 11, 2006, 04:21:03 PM »
How many here have set up their Classic Amigas to run the free release of MorphOS or pre-release of AmigaOS4.0 AND also still boot to another version of Amiga OS (3.1, 3.5, 3.9, ..... 1.3)from time to time?

My eBay CyberStorm PPC arrived yesterday and I am curious to see how AOS4.0 and/or MorphOS runs on a Classic Amiga, so I am planning on downloading and installing on a separate HD, then choosing from the early boot menu.

What is the best web browser available for MorphOS and/or AOS4.0?

How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

@Matt_H,

I thought there was a beta version of AOS4.0 that had been released for the Classic Amiga w/CyberStormPPC cards?  Maybe it was only for developers?  I'll have to do some research.

It's in private beta testing. So developers and official testers have it. (I'm not one of them)

OS4 for the AmigaONE is in public beta testing - all owners of the board have access to it via Hyperion.

Ahh, then I am not getting completely senile.  I was sure I had read that SOMEONE had the beta version of AOS4.0 running on their CyberStorm PPC cards.
