Can you PM me some pictures of the card and the break-out box from a few angles so I can verify which model it is?

Looking at the pic of it on Big Book, the third pic has a close up of one of the outputs that has a label that says "PAL".  My guess is that there IS a difference in NTSC/PAL or no one would go through the trouble of putting that Descriptor on it...

You might be right, but IIRC, and I think I do, one of the advertizing points for the IV24 was that it worked with BOTH Pal and NTSC standards and maybe Secam too.  But then I could be thinking of the VLAB-Motion instead.  One is a competitor to the Video Toaster and the other a competitor to the VT-Flyer.
