I would think that as long as the regulators ar pin compatible, they should work. I can't say for sure without knowing the part numbers of the devices they use, but most voltage regulators work pretty much the same, the main differences being the voltage and current handling capicity.

As long as it is pin compatible it should work. I can't be 100% sure without looking
at the actual schematics for the boards, but the module looks like a basic voltage
regulator with filtering. As the boards are made by the same company, they should be
the same. I would probably try it if it were mine, but I wouldn't  want to say to
someone else that yes it would definitly work, and cause them to damage thier board,
and like x56h34 said, you will still need the 060 rom.
